De Vermentino di Sardegna Soprasole (voorheen I Fiori genaamd) is een medium witte wijn met volle en intense aromatische tonen, gevinifieerd in stalen tanks. Bloemige en citrusachtige parfums, met typische plantaardige en minerale nuance.

| Vinificatie |
Na het zachte persen van de druiven vindt fermentatie plaats in roestvrijstalen vaten bij gecontroleerde temperaturen 15°C. Na de gisting blijft de wijn enkele maanden in RVS tanks om te rusten, alvorens de wijn gebotteld wordt. |
